Privacy Policy

Smart TechPay (“we”, “us”) is an independent payment-gateway comparison, matching and integration service based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions any time: hello@smarttechpay.com.

You can browse the entire site — comparisons, methodology, pricing estimates — without giving us any personal information. We only collect data you actively submit through one of three forms:

• Integration enquiry form — your name, company, email, e-commerce platform, and message.
• Match-quiz contact form — your name, email, and optionally phone and company. Alongside these we store your quiz answers (business type, monthly volume band, sales channels, payment-method and settlement preferences, timeline, and platform) and the top recommendations we produced, so we can pick up the conversation where the quiz left off.
• Referral partner application — your name, email, phone, company, role, emirate, estimated monthly leads, and message.

• To respond to your enquiry and advise on provider fit.
• To prepare and follow up on your match-quiz recommendation.
• To assess referral partner applications and administer the programme, including tracking referred leads and bonuses.

Follow-up is done personally by our team over email or phone. We do not run automated marketing campaigns against this data.

• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We do not share your details with payment providers without your consent — introductions happen only when you ask for them.
• We do not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or external tracking scripts on this site. The only measurement is our own first-party system (see “Site analytics” below) — no data leaves our infrastructure.

This site sets one first-party cookie for visitors: a random identifier (“vid”) that lets us count visits and understand how the site and the match quiz are used. It contains no personal information, is not tied to your name or email, expires after one year, and is never shared with anyone. Deleting it in your browser simply resets the identifier.

A second first-party cookie exists only for our own staff to sign in to the internal admin area — it is never set in your browser unless you are a member of our team logging in.

We run our own first-party measurement to see how the site performs: which pages are viewed, how far visitors get through the match quiz (including the answers given at each step, even if you don't submit the contact form), the referring page, your browser type, your IP address, and the anonymous cookie identifier above. This data is stored in our own database, is visible only to our team, and is never shared with or sold to third parties. We use it to improve the site and to understand where the quiz loses people. If you would like this data deleted, email us at hello@smarttechpay.com.

Separately, to protect our forms from abuse we use your IP address in memory to rate-limit repeated submissions.

Form submissions are stored in our own database, accessible only to our team. We keep enquiry data for as long as it is relevant to your enquiry or an ongoing engagement, and referral partner data for the duration of the partnership. If you would like your data deleted sooner, email us and we will remove it.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Send your request to hello@smarttechpay.com and we will act on it promptly.

Our comparisons link to payment providers' own websites. Once you leave this site, their privacy policies apply — we encourage you to read them before submitting information there.

If we change how we handle your data — for example, by adding an email provider or analytics tool — we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above before the change takes effect.
