These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Smart TechPay (“we”, “us”), an independent payment-gateway comparison, matching and integration service based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We publish comparisons of payment service providers (PSPs), a matching quiz that ranks providers against your answers, and cost estimates based on published pricing. All of this is general information, not financial, legal, or tax advice. A recommendation from our quiz is an informational starting point for your own evaluation — the decision to contract with any provider, and the terms of that contract, are strictly between you and the provider.

Provider pricing, features, and licensing details are compiled from public sources and change frequently. Several providers price privately and are shown as “quote-based”. Figures on this site are indicative and can be outdated or incomplete — always confirm current pricing and terms directly with the provider before contracting. Our methodology page explains how estimates and rankings are produced and what they deliberately ignore.

Done-for-you integration work is scoped and priced per engagement. Anything on this site describing integration services is an invitation to discuss, not an offer. Paid work is governed by the separate written agreement or quote we issue for that engagement, which takes precedence over these terms for that work.

Participation in our referral partner programme is subject to our approval of your application. Referral bonuses are paid according to the schedule agreed with you at approval, and only for leads that meet the agreed qualification criteria. We may amend, suspend, or end the programme with reasonable notice; accrued bonuses for qualified referrals made before such a change remain payable.

• Don't scrape, bulk-download, or republish the site's content or data without our written permission.
• Don't submit false, misleading, or abusive information through our forms, or attempt to circumvent our rate limiting.
• Don't use the site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe anyone's rights.

The content, design, and code of this site belong to Smart TechPay. Payment provider names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only — their appearance here does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

We are independent: no provider pays for placement in our rankings, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any PSP unless explicitly stated. Links to provider websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content, pricing, or services.

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart TechPay is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its comparisons, estimates, or recommendations — including decisions to contract with, or losses caused by, any payment provider. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
